Printable calendars
Printable calendars made as a PDF in your browser: the whole year on one page, two pages or one month per page, with official US or UK public holidays, week numbers, seven paper sizes and eight color themes.
Which calendar do I need?
- A year planner for the US: the 2027 calendar shades the 11 federal holidays on the days they are observed, starts on Sunday and opens on Letter paper in the US and Canada.
- A year planner for the UK: the 2027 UK calendar shades the bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, starts on Monday and shows ISO week numbers.
- One month at a time: the monthly calendar prints any month, or up to 12 in a row, with large boxes to write in and an optional notes area. It opens on next month.
- A school or college year: the school year calendar runs from August 2026 to July 2027 or September 2026 to August 2027, with lines for your own term dates.
Every calendar can show Hijri dates from the Umm al-Qura calendar, with the start of Ramadan and the two Eids marked as expected. Local moon sighting can differ by a day.
Paper sizes explained
Each calendar is drawn natively for the paper you choose, in portrait or landscape, never stretched from another size. Pick the paper that is in your printer.

Text and boxes are sized for the page: bigger on Tabloid and A3, and kept readable on Half Letter and A5. A Letter PDF printed on A4 paper at 100% still fits, with narrower side margins; an A4 PDF on Letter paper does not, because A4 is 17.6 mm taller.
How to print at actual size
Every PDF has margins of at least half an inch (12.7 mm), because most home printers cannot print to the edge, and it asks your PDF viewer to print without scaling. In the print dialog, choose the same paper as the calendar and set Scale to 100% or Actual size. Turn off Fit to page or Shrink to fit, which change the size of the boxes and the margins.
How these calendars are made
Each calendar is drawn as a vector PDF in your browser, so lines stay sharp and the file is small. Nothing is uploaded, and your entries are not saved or sent. Holidays come from the official source, which each page names with the date we last checked it: OPM for US federal holidays and GOV.UK for UK bank holidays. Only official public holidays are shown. Choose one of seven color themes, or black and white to save colored ink.
