Print at Actual size (100%) on the same paper you chose above. Turn off "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit" so the margins and boxes stay true to size.

How to make a daily planner

  1. Pick the days. Dated pages start on today by your device's clock; change the first day and choose how many days, from 1 to 31, for one page per day. Or choose Undated for a single page with a blank date line.
  2. Set the hours. Choose the first and last hour of your day, a line every hour or every 30 minutes, and a 12-hour (7 AM) or 24-hour (07:00) clock.
  3. Choose what goes on each page. Top priorities, a to-do list, notes lines and an optional water and meals tracker.
  4. Set the page and select Download PDF. Paper size, portrait or landscape, color theme, holidays, week numbers, language and an optional title. The PDF is made in your browser; nothing is uploaded, and your entries are not saved or sent.

What is on each page

  • The day and date at the top, for example Monday, January 4, 2027, with the week number, the holiday if there is one, and the Hijri date if you tick it.
  • Schedule: the hours down the left with a line for each slot, to block out appointments, classes, shifts or study time.
  • Top priorities: three numbered lines for the things that matter most today.
  • To do: lines with a tick box each, filling the space left on the page.
  • Notes: ruled lines for anything else.
  • Water and meals (off unless you tick it): eight boxes to tick and three lines for meals. It sets no targets; use it however suits you.

In portrait the schedule is on the left and the lists on the right. In landscape the page has three columns: schedule, priorities and to-do list, then notes.

Hourly or half-hourly slots

HoursEvery hourEvery 30 minutes
6 AM to 10 PM (06:00 to 22:00)16 lines32 lines
7 AM to 9 PM (07:00 to 21:00)14 lines28 lines
9 AM to 5 PM (09:00 to 17:00)8 lines16 lines

Fewer hours give taller slots to write in. The half-hour lines are drawn lighter than the hour lines, so the hours stay easy to find. Times are printed in the clock you choose and, for other languages, in that language's style (for example 07.00 in Indonesian).

Dated or undated pages

Dated pages print one page per day for up to 31 days in one PDF, a month at a time. Each page already has its weekday, date, week number and any official holiday, so there is nothing to fill in before you start.

An undated page has a blank Date line and the weekday letters to circle. Print it as many times as you need; it suits a ring binder, a clipboard or a desk pad.

For a planner or binder, choose Half Letter (5.5 x 8.5 in, half a sheet of Letter) or A5 (148 x 210 mm, half a sheet of A4). For a desk, Letter or A4.

Day names in other languages

Choose English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Indonesian, Malay and Turkish under Month and day names in. The weekday, date, times and the section headings (Schedule, To do, Notes and so on) are printed in that language. Holiday names stay in their official English form. Arabic is not offered yet, because our PDF maker cannot join Arabic letters correctly.

Tick Hijri dates to print the Islamic date under the title. Hijri dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar; local moon sighting can differ by a day. The start of Ramadan and the two Eids are marked as expected dates.

Questions and answers

Can I print a whole month of daily pages?

Yes. Choose 31 days under How many days. You get one PDF with one page per day; for the next month, change the first day and download again.

Can I print a daily planner without dates?

Yes. Choose Undated under Pages. You get one page with a blank date line and the weekday letters to circle, to print as often as you like.

Can I change the hours?

Yes. Choose any first and last hour, from midnight to midnight, a line every hour or every 30 minutes, and a 12-hour or 24-hour clock.

Can I leave the to-do list or notes off?

Yes. Untick any section under On each page and the others share the space. Untick them all for a full-width hourly schedule.

Does the planner show holidays?

Yes, if you choose a holiday set: US federal holidays as observed (OPM), UK bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland (GOV.UK), or public holidays for Ireland, Canada (federal workplaces and nine provinces and territories; Quebec, New Brunswick, Nunavut and Yukon are not offered yet because their official lists could not be checked) or Australia (national, and each state and territory), each from the official government list. The holiday is named under the date.

Is my planner saved or uploaded anywhere?

No. The planner and the PDF are made in your browser on your own device. Your options and title are not saved or sent.
