Hijri dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar; local moon sighting can differ by a day. Ramadan and the Eids are marked as expected.

ISO 8601: weeks run Monday to Sunday and week 1 is the week with the year's first Thursday, so 1 to 3 January can be in week 52 or 53. US style: weeks run Sunday to Saturday and week 1 is the week with January 1.

    How to save a calendar file
    Google Calendar (on a computer)
    Go to calendar.google.com. For one calendar: under My calendars, point to its name, select More, then Settings and sharing, then Export calendar (an .ics file). For all calendars: Settings, then Import and export, then Export (a .zip file; you can open the .zip here as it is). The phone app cannot export.
    Apple Calendar (on a Mac)
    Click the calendar's name in the calendar list, then choose File, Export, Export, and save the .ics file. An iPhone or iPad cannot export a calendar file.
    Outlook (classic, on Windows)
    Open the Calendar, select the calendar, then File, Save Calendar. Use More Options to choose the dates and detail, then Save.
    Outlook on the web
    Settings, Shared calendars, Publish a calendar, then download the ICS link. Anyone with that link can see the calendar, so stop publishing it when you are done.

    What is read: each event's title and date, all-day and timed events, events over several days (up to 31 days), and events that repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with their skipped and moved dates. Repeating events are added for last year to three years ahead. Not read: times, places, notes, reminders, and rare repeat rules (such as "the last weekday of the month"); for those only the first date is added and the list below says so.

    Photo or logo

    Read on this device and never uploaded or remembered. Large photos are made smaller so the PDF stays small, and hidden camera details (such as location) are left out.

    How to make a two-year calendar

    1. Choose the years. 2027 and 2028 to start with; pick 3 years for 2027 to 2029, or start a year earlier.
    2. Choose the holidays. US federal holidays, bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, public holidays for Ireland, Canada (federal workplaces and nine provinces and territories; Quebec, New Brunswick, Nunavut and Yukon are not offered yet because their official lists could not be checked) and Australia (national days or any state or territory), or none.
    3. Choose a layout. All months on one page (24 or 36 small months), one year per page, 6 months per page, or one month per page.
    4. Select Download PDF. The PDF is made in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and your entries are not saved or sent.

    On one page, each month is small, so this works best on Letter or A4 in portrait, or on Tabloid or A3 for a wall planner. Holiday names are listed under each month and shortened if they do not fit.

    2027 and 2028 at a glance

    • Leap year: 2028 has 366 days, with February 29 on Tuesday, February 29, 2028. 2027 has 365.
    • New Year's Day: Friday, January 1, 2027 and Saturday, January 1, 2028. Because January 1, 2028 is a Saturday, the federal holiday is observed on Friday, December 31, 2027.
    • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 25, 2027 and Thursday, November 23, 2028.
    • US federal holidays: 11 each year, by 5 U.S.C. 6103, shown on the days they are observed.
    • UK bank holidays (England and Wales): 8 in 2027 and 8 in 2028, from GOV.UK.

    Three years, and years GOV.UK has not published

    With 3 years the calendar runs to 2029. US federal holidays follow fixed rules, so they are shown for 2029 too. GOV.UK publishes UK bank holidays about two years ahead and has not published 2029 yet, so a UK calendar shows no bank holidays for 2029 and says so in the footer, rather than guessing.

    Week numbers, moon phases and more

    Under More options you can add ISO 8601 or US style week numbers, working days per month, clock-change dates, moon phases and equinoxes (dated in UTC), and Hijri dates from the Umm al-Qura calendar, where local moon sighting can differ by a day.

    Is 2028 a leap year?

    Yes. 2028 has 366 days, and February 29, 2028 is a Tuesday.

    Can I fit 2027 and 2028 on one page?

    Yes. Choose All months on one page. On Letter or A4 the months are small but every date is printed; Tabloid or A3 gives bigger boxes.

    Does it include UK bank holidays for 2028?

    Yes. GOV.UK has published bank holidays to the end of 2028, so 2027 and 2028 are complete for England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

    Can I make a 3-year calendar?

    Yes. Choose 3 years to print 2027, 2028 and 2029. UK bank holidays for 2029 are not shown until GOV.UK publishes them.

    Is my calendar saved or uploaded anywhere?

    No. The calendar and the PDF are made in your browser on your own device. Your options and title are not saved or sent.
