How to use a blank calendar
- Choose a layout. One month per page, with large boxes and lines to write the month and year, or the year on one page with twelve small empty months.
- Choose Sunday or Monday first, the paper size and orientation, writing lines in each day box (none to 4), a notes area and a color theme. Ink saver prints outlines only.
- Select Download PDF and print as many copies as you need. Nothing is uploaded, and your entries are not saved or sent.
- Fill it in. Find the weekday of the 1st, write 1 in that box and count on. Six rows always hold a whole month.
Why use an undated calendar?
- Any year, again and again: keep a master copy and print a page whenever you need one.
- Teaching: children can fill in the dates themselves to practice the days and months.
- Plans without fixed dates: rotas, habit trackers, meal plans and schedules that repeat.
- Calendars for years we do not print yet, or for a start month of your own.
For a dated month with the holidays already marked, use the monthly calendar.
Paper sizes and printing at actual size
Every paper size (Letter, Legal, Tabloid, Half Letter, A4, A3 and A5) is drawn natively, in portrait or landscape, with margins of at least half an inch (12.7 mm). In the print dialog, choose the same paper and set Scale to 100% or Actual size.
Questions and answers
Does the blank calendar have any dates on it?
No. It has the weekday names and empty boxes. You write in the month, the year and the day numbers.
Why are there six rows?
A month can touch six different weeks, for example a 31-day month that starts on a Saturday in a Sunday-first calendar. Six rows always fit.
Can I print several months at once?
Yes. Choose up to 12 pages; every page is the same blank month.
Is my calendar saved or uploaded anywhere?
No. The calendar and the PDF are made in your browser on your own device. Your options are not saved or sent.
