6 April 2027 to 5 April 2028, April to April on one page, with the bank holidays for England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. The PDF is made in your browser, and your entries are not saved or sent.

Layout

A4 is the usual UK size. US Letter, Legal, Tabloid and Half Letter are for printers in the US and Canada.

Orientation
Week starts on
Colour theme: Teal

Large print has bigger numbers and thicker lines. Ink saver prints outlines only, with no shaded boxes.

Hijri dates follow the Umm al-Qura calendar; local moon sighting can differ by a day. Ramadan and the Eids are marked as expected.

ISO 8601: weeks run Monday to Sunday and week 1 is the week with the year's first Thursday, so 1 to 3 January can be in week 52 or 53. US style: weeks run Sunday to Saturday and week 1 is the week with January 1.

More options

On pages with one month per page.

Monday to Friday, minus the public holidays shown.

Shown with UK bank holidays, by the rule for that country.

Worked out with Jean Meeus's astronomical formulas and checked against the US Naval Observatory. Dated in UTC, so in your time zone a date can be a day earlier or later.

Holiday names stay in English, their official names.

Your own events, picture and font

An event on 29 February that repeats every year is shown on 28 February in years that are not leap years.

No events yet. Events are printed in their day boxes.

    Import a calendar file (.ics)

The file is read on this device and never uploaded. Times are not printed; each event goes on its day in your time zone.

How to save a calendar file
    Google Calendar (on a computer)
Go to calendar.google.com. For one calendar: under My calendars, point to its name, select More, then Settings and sharing, then Export calendar (an .ics file). For all calendars: Settings, then Import and export, then Export (a .zip file; you can open the .zip here as it is). The phone app cannot export.
    Apple Calendar (on a Mac)
Click the calendar's name in the calendar list, then choose File, Export, Export, and save the .ics file. An iPhone or iPad cannot export a calendar file.
    Outlook (classic, on Windows)
Open the Calendar, select the calendar, then File, Save Calendar. Use More Options to choose the dates and detail, then Save.
    Outlook on the web
Settings, Shared calendars, Publish a calendar, then download the ICS link. Anyone with that link can see the calendar, so stop publishing it when you are done.

What is read: each event's title and date, all-day and timed events, events over several days (up to 31 days), and events that repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with their skipped and moved dates. Repeating events are added for last year to three years ahead. Not read: times, places, notes, reminders, and rare repeat rules (such as "the last weekday of the month"); for those only the first date is added and the list below says so.

    Photo or logo

Read on this device and never uploaded or remembered. Large photos are made smaller so the PDF stays small, and hidden camera details (such as location) are left out.

    Where
    Fit

The picture area is on pages with one month per page; a logo goes in the header of every page. Photos use more ink.

All three are free fonts (SIL Open Font License) and print the same as the preview.

Off unless you tick it. When ticked, your events and options are kept in this browser on this device only, never sent. Pictures are not kept. Untick it or select Clear to remove them.

Printed at the top, up to 60 characters.

Your entries are not saved or sent.

Print at Actual size (100%) on the same paper you chose above. Turn off "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit" so the margins and boxes stay true to size.

How to make your tax year calendar

    1. Choose your nation. England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, for the right bank holidays.
    2. Choose a layout. The whole tax year on one page (13 small months, April to April), two pages, a page for each quarter, or a page for each month with large boxes to write in.
    3. Set the details. A4 is the default; A3, A5 and the US sizes are there too. Monday or Sunday first, ISO week numbers, working days per month, clock changes, and a colour theme, including large print and ink saver.
    4. Select Download PDF. The PDF is made in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and your entries are not saved or sent.

1 to 5 April 2027 belong to the tax year before, and 6 to 30 April 2028 to the next one, so those days are left blank. The first and last days are marked "Tax year 2027 to 2028 starts" and "ends".

Tax year 2027 to 2028 dates

Every UK tax year runs from 6 April to 5 April. GOV.UK puts it like this for the current year:

The current tax year is from 6 April 2026 to 5 April 2027.GOV.UK, Income Tax rates and Personal Allowances

So the 2027 to 2028 tax year starts on Tuesday 6 April 2027 and ends on Wednesday 5 April 2028. For Self Assessment, GOV.UK gives the deadlines for the tax year that ended on 5 April 2026 as 31 October 2026 for paper returns and 31 January 2027 for online returns and payment. The same pattern for 2027 to 2028 would be 31 October 2028 and 31 January 2029; check GOV.UK nearer the time, as rules can change.

Clocks change twice in this tax year: clocks go back 1 hour on Sunday 31 October 2027, and clocks go forward 1 hour on Sunday 26 March 2028.

Bank holidays in the 2027 to 2028 tax year

Easter 2027 falls before 6 April and Easter 2028 after 5 April, so neither Good Friday nor Easter Monday is in this tax year.
